Yunsik Hwang joined Savills Korea in 2024 to lead Logistics & Capital Markets team for overseeing the acquisition and disposition of logistics real estate. He has provided a wide range of solutions to clients, from core assets to opportunistic investments, building strong trust with financial and strategic investors both domestically and internationally.
Hwang previously worked at Hanjin, logistics and container transport company. He also worked at MatePlus, where he provided leasing advisory services to major clients. He expanded his expertise to logistics acquisitions and dispositions, successfully advising on transactions such as the Logiport Osan Logistics Center and the CJ Logistics Yongin Center. Additionally, he successfully advised a loan arrangement for DS Networks' Incheon Logistics Center.
