Prior to joining Savills, he worked at CBRE Korea for about 15 years. Seunghwa was in charge of the asset management service for key global investors including GIC, DEKA, ARA, Angelo Gordon, Mapletree, and Macquarie of their landmark properties such as Gangnam Finance Center, Seoul Finance Center, Seoul Square, Eugene Investment & Securities Building, and CJ Building. In addition, Seunghwa have carried out a number of Value-Add projects successfully with such as SRA, Koramco, and KB. His major projects were Jeongan Building, Gangnam 358, and K-1 Building. Based on the experiences above, he is currently responsible for overseeing the full range of property services including PM, AM, and consulting work for the new business development.
