He has accumulated broad experience in mixed-use development and investment promotion for large mixed-use development projects, such as Yongsan International Business District and Southwest Coast Enterprise City Development.

At CJ CGV, he had assumed a role of multiplex site development, multi brand approaches, and asset securitization. He also carried out residential and commercial facility development projects for the development companies Nexwin Planning and Laputa Korea.

As a member of CRECC HK&I (China real estate chamber of commerce Hong Kong & international  chapter), he has collaborated with its global network for real estate development and transaction.
