Savills, on behalf of a private client, has brought Trawsfynydd Holiday Village in Snowdonia National Park to market with a guide price of £3.495 million.

The log cabin holiday village is set within approximately 60 acres (24.23 hectares) of picturesque countryside and has planning permission for a total of 347 log cabins, with 306 currently in place. The cabins are a mixture of leasehold, freehold and company owned letting units together with a holiday cottage and bunkhouse. The site itself is well appointed with a centrally located recreation field and playground with timber play equipment.

The surrounding area is close to local attractions including Zip World, Surf Snowdonia and countless walking and cycling trails. The nearby towns of Betws-y-Coed and Porthmadog are easy to reach and popular with tourists.

Richard Prestwich, associate director in the leisure team at Savills Chester, comments: “Trawsfynydd Holiday Village offers the new owner a fantastic opportunity to acquire a well established park that offers potential for future development. The site’s idyllic location and high standard of accommodation ensure the site is popular with visitors year after year.”
